@flyhigh_ordie97 34 Great question. Everyone has a different number of hairs per graft pending on the clients donor region strength. Some have 1 hair per graft, very common to have 2, 3, anything more than 3 is rare. We have seen up to 8 hairs per graft. which is very rare. Hope this helps. On average, we see 1 to 4 per graft. – J

Over the years, if it’s too tight, Yes, it’s called traction Alopecia. If it’s a regular fitting hat, then no.
