Without having seen you and without pictures, I would estimate your capsulectomy, removal of implants, and breast lift procedure would take me 2 to 3 hours. It really depends on how bad and thick the breast implant capsule is and how much a mastopexy you require. If you have a thin breast implant capsule, it will take me less time. However, if you have a thick breast capsule with significant scar tissue, it will take me longer. If you just need a crescent breast lift, the mastopexy should be quick. However, if you need a full anchor type mastopexy, because the incision is longer, this will take me longer to perform.
