If you have a lot of back fat, you will need the horizontal or bra strap incision. If you don’t have too much back skin and fat, you will need the incisions down the side. Most men go for the incisions down the side. That way the scars are much less visible. On my website under torsoplasty you will find pictures of the incisions that go from the armpit to the hip. This incision down the sides also accentuates the hourglass . Recently, I performed and videoed the vertical torsoplasty where the incision goes down the sides. It will be on YouTube soon. hello doctor …. how to distinguish between back fat layers/ rolls and loose skin?
That is the magic question! It takes a experienced plastic surgeon to know the limits of back liposuction. Liposuction can eliminate back fat, but relies on your inherent skin’s ability to contract. However if there’s too much back skin, the back skin will not contact contract and require this type of back surgery. It is best to seek an experienced plastic surgeon
Does vaser liposuction cause skin tightening? Is J plasma also a good way for skin tightening? Do you use any of these devices?
