I never thought my nose was big till I was ruthlessness made fun of in middle and High school, at sports practice, by my family, etc. I have a tiny bridge but the end is very wide and round. I want this so bad! 😩

If your under the age of 18 you shouldn’t do it anyways, since you’re growing. If you change too much early on then the result may end up looking completely different as you age and become an adult.

I can’t fathom how taking out that tiny amount of cartilage & putting in a stitch would have that much of a dramatic, all curing effect on someone with that type of nose. I’d need to see it performed for real to believe it.

It’s more cartilage than the video indicates. I had a nose that looked like a potato and my Dr. did a fantastic job. It was the most difficult rhinoplasty he performed ( He was head of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Georgetown University Hospital ). Unfortunately he passed away suddenly from a pulmonary embolism a couple of years ago. I wanted a neck lift later. His name was Dr. Scott Spear and he developed many procedures for women who had breast cancer and did the most skilled breast reconstruction I have ever seen.. A true genius..
